HUNTINGDON, PA. — Big plans are brewing for a big empty lot in Huntingdon County. It’s just been sold, but it already has folks talking about opportunity and more jobs. Officials in Smithfield Township have been hunting for a developer for the 35-acre plot of land for 10 years.
